1、原料入库管理
1.1 对接采购、供应商及质检部门，完成原材料到货接收工作，核对物料名称、规格型号、批次、数量、送货单与采购订单信息是否一致；
1.2 配合质检完成来料检验，对合格原料办理正式入库手续，不合格原料单独隔离存放、标注标识，及时上报主管并跟进退换货流程，严禁不合格物料混入库存。同时规范完成入库台账、系统单据录入，确保账、单、货一致
2、原料仓储保管与现场管理
2.1 按照仓库5S管理标准及物料存放规范，对入库原料进行分区、分类、定点、定量摆放，张贴清晰物料标识卡，做到一物一位、标识齐全、摆放整齐
2.2 根据原料特性做好防潮、防尘、防晒、防压、防盗等养护工作，对易变质、有保质期要求的原料执行先进先出原则，定期排查呆滞、过期、破损物料，及时上报汇总，降低物料损耗
2.3 每日维护仓库现场环境，保持库区整洁、通道畅通
3、原料出库配发管理
3.1 根据车间生产领料单、备料单，核对领料部门、物料规格、数量、批次信息，准确、及时完成原料拣货、配发、复核工作；
3.2 严格遵守出库流程，无合规单据不予出库，杜绝错发、漏发、多发问题。
3.3 出库后及时更新库存台账及仓储系统数据，同步传递出库单据，保障物料流转可追溯，满足车间生产用料需求
4、库存盘点与账务核对
4.1 负责日常动态盘点、周盘点及段末全盘工作，精准核对实物库存与系统账目、纸质台账数据，及时发现并排查盘盈、盘亏问题，梳理差异原因，形成盘点报表及整改建议。
4.2 定期梳理库存数据，统计呆滞物料、积压物料、临期物料，上报仓储主管，配合完成库存优化、物料消耗工作，保障库存数据100%准确
5、单据台账与系统管理
5.1 妥善保管入库单、出库单、领料单、退货单、盘点表等所有仓储单据，做到单据齐全、记录清晰、归档规范，可随时追溯查询。
5.2 熟练操作仓储管理系统（WMS/ERP），实时更新物料出入库、库存变动数据，保证系统数据与实物同步，定期完成账务核对，配合财务部门完成月度、季度库存核算工作。
6、安全与设备管理
6.1 严格遵守仓库安全管理制度，熟悉仓储设备使用规范，做好防火、防盗、防潮、防爆安全工作，杜绝仓库安全隐患。
6.2 日常维护货架、托盘、叉车（手动/电动）等仓储设备，发现设备故障及时上报报修。规范物料堆码，严禁超高、超重、违规堆放，保障仓储作业安全。
7、其他辅助工作
7.1 配合部门完成仓库制度落地、物料流程优化、库存整理等工作；
7.2 配合采购、生产、财务等部门的对接工作，及时反馈物料库存、到货、短缺等异常情况；
7.3 完成上级领导交办的其他仓储相关工作。
