• The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the Supervisor, Warehouse
• Located in Winston-Salem, NC

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of warehouse activities, ensuring the efficient handling of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position oversees various aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and facility maintenance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management:
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, stacking, and rotation of goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Order Processing:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking, packing, and staging items for shipment.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Generate shipping labels and documentation, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
Facility Maintenance:
• Monitor warehouse facilities and equipment for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, liaising with maintenance staff or external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and cycle times.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
Customer Service:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and logistics teams, regarding warehouse-related inquiries.
• Address customer concerns or issues related to order fulfillment, shipping delays, or inventory availability in a timely and professional manner.

COMPETENCIES:
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
