Job Description

We're seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join a growing distribution team in Cranbury, NJ This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for someone with warehouse coordination experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, inventory control, and using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support daily operations. Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $23-25/hr (DoE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
  • Process inbound deliveries and prepare outbound shipments.
  • Verify bills of lading, packing lists, and freight bills for accuracy.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assign daily work orders to warehouse associates.
  • Assist with training new team members and help ensure daily warehouse operations run efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other departments to support operational goals.

Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Previous warehouse coordination or warehouse operations experience required.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications.
