We're looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our operation and help ensure the smooth running of warehouse activities.

Working closely with First Line Managers and warehouse teams, you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence, maintaining service levels and supporting a safe, productive working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, coordinating workflows and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination of warehouse activities, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately and safely.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating warehouse workflows to ensure operational priorities are achieved.
  • Supporting and motivating warehouse colleagues to meet productivity, quality and accuracy targets.
  • Monitoring departmental KPIs and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Organising and allocating work to ensure resources are used effectively.
  • Supporting First Line Managers in delivering service, budget and performance objectives.
  • Ensuring warehouse procedures, processes and best practices are followed consistently.
  • Identifying and escalating operational or stock-related issues where necessary.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and promoting compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting quality standards and ensuring packaging and dispatch requirements are met.
  • Working flexibly across shift patterns, including early and late shifts and occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence colleagues positively.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems or similar operational systems.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, procedures and compliance requirements.

Desirable

  • Experience in a coordination, supervisory or team leadership capacity.
  • Warehousing, logistics or quality-related qualifications.
  • Experience working within a high-volume distribution operation.
