Chart’s Warehouse Coordinator position plays a key role in the inventory process of Chart’s products. This position will be responsible for 20 or more direct reports to help maintain material and supplies for high quality manufactured products used all over the world.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of hourly workforce
• Responsible for personnel items such as new hires, promotions, training, employee relations issues, etc.
• Monitors work areas
• Vacation and attendance tracking/approval
• Maintains all training documents
• Ensure all relevant teams are aligned and copied on communications, including emails, Teams chats, and text messages.
• Review production schedules daily before production begins.
• Organize and plan ahead to stay prepared for material changes and volume fluctuations.
• Anticipate labor needs and communicate them in advance to supervisory teams.
• Maintains proactive readiness by reviewing and preparing for daily production activities and upcoming schedule demands.
• Timely communication of material and labor needs.
• Analyze root causes of ongoing problems and propose realistic corrective actions.

• Frequent pushing, pulling, and handling of material
• Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing setting
3-5 years managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.):
• Intermediate computer skills – JDE, Kronos, Microsoft Office
• Process Improvement
• Machine operations
• Expanded knowledge of BI Reports
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus
