JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing shipping and receiving for the warehouse
• Tracking in and outflows of materials
• Maintaining databases of on-hand materials, processing of paperwork for shipping and receiving
• Warehouse organization and signage
• Occasional deliveries and pickups from job sites in the Chicago area
• Inventory and stock management
• Scheduling and supervising panel construction by others
• Panel construction
• Quality control

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• H.S Diploma or GED
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• 6+ months of organizational and customer service skills
• 6+ months of Warehouse/Logistics experience
• 6+ months experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate delivery vans and small trucks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior supervisor experience, especially in a warehouse environment is a plus
• Prior experience with wiring or electronics a plus
