Job Description
Ensure bits are in correct status in Track A Tool and bits are shipped and received physically and electronically.
Physical Responsibilities:
- Ensure movements are made in TAT, including but not limited to receiving and transferring,
- Create BOLS and daily shipping logs and communicate to districts.
- Locate and sort bits in repair facility, repairs and new bodies.
- Run daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure bits are in the correct status in TAT.
- Move bits between shop floor and storage as needed.
- Ensure that bits coming in from the field are received and if DBR, pushed to “Waiting to be Scrapped” upon arrival.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Assist with miscellaneous technician tasks as needed
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.
- 0-1 years of work experience in inventory control or in a warehouse role.
Job requirements:
- Use of JDE, Carbon, TAT and TeamCenter applications as well as Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Use cranes and forklifts to safely move product in compliance with HSE requirements.
- Gain and demonstrate understanding of shipping process.
- Adhere to all specifications, procedures and customer requirements.
- Participate in training and facility HSE programs. Ensure optimum communication between districts and repair facility.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
