Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Greenville, NC

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Greenville, NC.

This position plays a critical role in supporting our HVAC operations by managing inventory, coordinating equipment and material purchasing, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring our technicians and installers have the parts and equipment they need to succeed.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with vendors and internal teams, and takes pride in staying organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase equipment, materials, and parts in a cost-effective manner
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate warehouse stock levels
  • Coordinate deliveries for technicians and installers to minimize downtime
  • Replenish truck stock using the ACOWIN system
  • Maintain organized warehouse and inventory systems
  • Work closely with dispatch, operations, and field teams
  • Process warranty parts and labor credits promptly
  • Assist with inventory counts for service vans, install vehicles, and warehouse stock
  • Ensure overstock materials are properly returned and documented
  • Support commercial project material purchasing and scheduling
  • Help maintain departmental gross margin and cost goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or HVAC industry experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working in warehouse/shop environments
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
  • Ability to safely operate handheld tools and equipment

The base compensation for this position is expected to range between $50,000 to $65,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
