Join our team as a key player in ensuring seamless warehouse operations by serving as the subject matter expert for critical technical systems. In this role, you’ll ensure systems are set up for success while partnering closely with distribution centers and regional teams to drive strong service outcomes. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and connect processes across teams will be essential in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Warehouse Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator - SCC) is responsible for ensuring proper system set-up and that run right processes are in place to drive high levels of service performance at the Hattiesburg Distribution Center (DC).

Responsibilities

Standard schedule: Monday–Friday (~7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)Occasional weekends required during site startup phase

  • In this role you will serve as the subject matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly.
  • You will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results.
  • Leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges.
  • Your role is to investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause.
  • Additionally you will have accountability for all Service Metrics.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $41,300 - $65,950.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Schedule: Monday- Friday with potential Weekends as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

  • High School Degree
  • 2+ years Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge
  • 1+ years dashboard reporting tools
  • X Years People Leadership?
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
  • Ability to recognize process gaps, develop solutions, and communicate effectively
  • Must hold strong follow-up skills and embrace top level service environment
  • Additional skills as needed
