Job Description

サプライチェーン＆ロジスティクス部門に所属し、発電所を運営するための部品・設備の供給・倉庫管理を担当していただきます。具体的には、安全基準の遵守、技術者の出動に向けた材料・工具の準備、在庫管理、倉庫レイアウトの最適化、供給フローの管理、輸送手配、関連する事務作業の実施などを担っていただきます。また、他部門と連携し、効率的な物流計画の立案や改善にも貢献していただきます。

Responsibilities

・Ensure traceability of material stocks, including yearly inventory.

・Maintain good condition of service van, tools, spare parts, and company property.

・Take responsibility for warehouse safety and security.

・Thoroughly prepare inventory, equipment, and documentation for efficient operations.

・Complete tasks with precision, following established procedures.

・Administer warehouse-related activities, including inventory management and reporting.

・Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and attend to the most urgent tasks.
