Warehouse Coordinator

PFD Supply, a Division of Prairie Farms Dairy are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth receiving, scheduling, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
• Assist with coordinating and scheduling incoming deliveries
• Support the receiving process by entering and verifying shipment information in the system
• Help ensure accuracy of documentation and payment verification for third-party unloading services
• Generate and prepare next-day receiving documents
• Maintain organized workflow materials and assist with general warehouse administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with AS400 is preferred but not required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required
