We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting Supply Chain and Production by ensuring that physical stock levels align with system records through regular cycle count activities. The position plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory, enabling timely and precise fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Unload and load trucks, check deliveries, and prepare orders for dispatch, requiring physical fitness to perform the role.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe by removing hazards and maintaining compliance standards.
  • Organise shelves and ensure proper storage of materials.
  • Manage receiving and dispatching activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate shipping and distribution to meet customer delivery timelines.

Inventory Accuracy

  • Conduct routine cycle counts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to verify that physical stock matches system data.
  • Identify and report variances between electronic records and actual counts.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Data Management

  • Perform accurate data entry to update inventory systems with real-time stock information.
  • Support internal and external inventory audits by ensuring items are available for verification.

Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, shipping team, and management to optimise inventory processes.

Requirements

Technical Skills: Possess a valid Forklift Driving Licence & Comfortable with inventory systems and accurate data entry
