Job Description

PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. We are looking for energetic, results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing team and industry.

Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the SC Warehouse Lead, Supervisor or Manager, the SC Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the duties of receiving, issuing, handling and accounting for all inventory that has been procured through the Supply Chain department. This person maintains files and records of materials, prices, inventories, and deliveries. This person corresponds with internal and external customers and suppliers on a regular and proactive basis to source goods and materials. Collaborates with Supply Chain and Production team and creates replenishment requests.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive and Store Products:

  • Receive, inspect, and store all products delivered on-site.
  • Deliver received items to correct department.

Operate Warehouse Equipment:

  • Safely and efficiently operate the provided forklift and all warehouse equipment.
  • Load/Unload Shipments via Forklift.

Inventory Management:

  • Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery.
  • Conduct weekly inventory reconciliation using the NAV tracking system and associated spreadsheets.
  • Perform cycle counting responsibilities.
  • Manage data entry for inventory and inbound/outbound orders.
  • Count and inspect finished goods weekly.
  • Quarantine items If needed.
  • Receive/Transfer Items in NAV/Metrc
  • Verify manifests against label wording and amounts for packaged inventory.
  • Maximize the use of available space on-site.
  • Receive products in Procurify/NAV.
  • Track PPE/Supplies via Google Sheets Spreadsheet.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Fill orders for supplies and equipment on-site as approved.
  • Pick products from pick tickets generated by Leaf Trade and NAV.
  • Verify product quantities for accuracy.
  • Prepare Tickets in Leaftrade/NAV/METRC.
  • Prepare Shipment for Pickup.
  • Prepare, pack, label, and shrink-wrap products for shipment.
  • Check manifest inventories against label wording and amounts.

Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Check the product in the vault and coordinate with the courier team for delivery.
  • Be willing and able to cross-train and assist other departments, such as processing and cultivation, as business needs require.
  • Empty Trash

Quality Control:

  • Demonstrate the ability to accurately count and inspect finished goods.
  • Receive and verify inbound goods for accuracy and place them in the correct location.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Age and Legal Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by state law.
  • Must possess a state-approved badge and carry it at all times when working in the facility.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and warehouse operations.
  • Emphasis on maintaining a safe working environment, inventory control, and attention to detail.

Competencies and Additional Requirements:

  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and improve operations.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Working Conditions

Scheduling:

  • Requires rotation for weekends and holidays.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Dress Code and Hygiene:

  • Must remove all jewelry, including rings, brooches, watches, pins, earrings, necklaces, and visible piercings.
  • False nails, nail polish, false eyelashes, and any other items that may contaminate food are not permitted in the processing/production areas.
  • Provided PPE is required when operating around any exposed product.

Environment:

  • Work is conducted in varying temperature-controlled environments.
  • Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.
