Ready to take control of a dynamic warehouse operation and build your experience in a hands-on, team-focused environment?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Controller to help lead our operations from the front. This is a key role where you’ll combine leadership,operational excellence, and a focus on improvement to keep everything moving efficiently, safely, and accurately. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance,
developing people, and embedding a lean, high-performance culture across the warehouse. This is a full time on site role in Hereford working Monday to Friday 11am-8.30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely.
  • Supervise and support warehouse colleagues and Team Leaders to achieve productivity
    targets.
  • Monitor product quality and resolve discrepancies quickly to maintain high standards.
  • Support inventory control, stock accuracy, and replenishment processes.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and engagement levels.
  • Provide real-time feedback and support formal performance reviews.
  • Champion Lean methodology across the operation.
  • Identify bottlenecks, improve workflow, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Investigate errors, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and inventory records.
  • Support shift scheduling and workforce planning.
  • Provide clear and structured shift handovers.
  • Act as a key communication link between teams, management, and departments.
  • Ensurestrict adherence to all health & safety standards and company policies.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or hazards.
  • Champion company values and foster a One Team” culture, collaborating across shifts and
    departments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Provenexperience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management ability.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
