Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse.
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Controller.
  • Highly effective skills and techniques.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Syspro ERP software and MS Office proficiency.
  • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate warehouse activities and interface with other operational departments.
  • Strong Organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
  • Interface with internal customers and external customers to answer questions or solve problems.
  • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to manage warehouse.
  • Action and coordinate activities with other departments ( Sales / Services).
  • Daily/Weekly & Monthly stock counts to ensure warehouse integrity
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
  • Filing of shipments loading & pickings sheet.
