We are seeking a highly motivated D365 Order Facilitator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a proven ability to identify and resolve order fulfillment issues, maintain inventory flow, and drive operational improvements.
Monitor daily shipping activities and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked orders.
Replenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to support operational throughput.
Monitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levels as needed.
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 warehouse and fulfillment processes.
Compensation:
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.
Experience working in a high-volume shipping and distribution warehouse.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across warehouse operations teams.
Experience with inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiatives preferred.
