Job Description

Responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, issuance, and dispatch of materials within the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy, material traceability, compliance, and operational efficiency. Supports manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations by ensuring timely availability and movement of materials in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, batch numbers, and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Perform material inspection coordination and move materials to designated storage locations.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of inventory.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials to production according to work orders and schedules.
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to production lines.
• Transfer materials between warehouse locations while maintaining system accuracy.
• Handle materials safely using approved equipment and procedures.
