Job Description

The Warehouse Clerk II is an intermediate practitioner & knowledge resource of all areas of documentation & movement of product through the facility. This includes but is not limited to receiving, labeling, storing, distributing, packaging, and shipping product with accurate documentation.
1. Receive, label, store, distribute, pack, and ship product with accurate record keeping and documentation.
2. Maintain material movement around the facility including customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, receiving order, mark materials with proper part numbers, record amount of material received or distributed, accurately count product inventory, & arranging parts in specified areas.
3. Set up and operate all equipment deemed necessary to receive, put away, move, & package product/raw materials (ie. Pallet Jack, Forklift, Overhead Crane, Sealer etc.)
4. Perform daily safety inspections of material handling equipment.
5. Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
6. Follow lean manufacturing standards to keep work area clean and safe from hazards.
7. Teach warehouse clerk I associates basic tasks and communicate any issues within the warehouse department.
8. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED and one (1) year of relevant work experience required. Experience working in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.

Must be able to be trained to operate facility warehouse machines including but not limited to Pickers, Forklifts, Overhead Crane, Pallet Jack, Scanners, Sealers, and Label Printing Systems with experience operating multiple parts machines.
Must be willing to help Warehouse Clerk Level I associates.
Physical Demand Requirements
Occasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
