Warehouse Clerk - KOROPI

(Data & Package Handling)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support our operations through Data Handling, Reporting, and Operational administration as Warehouse Operation Import Clerk in our main facility at Koropi :

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and process operational reports for the Import Operations team and other business departments ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Handling package-related administration
• Liaise with internal departments to support reporting and operational requirements
• Provide operational support and cover for warehouse personnel when required.
• Perform general operational and administrative tasks based on business needs and workload priorities.

Working hours:

04:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Monday to Friday

Required Qualifications

• Secondary or higher education qualification
• Advanced Computer skills, particularly in Excel (Pivot tables, Formulas) and Access
• Previous experience in warehouse, transportation, or a similar operational environment will be considered as plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in Greek and English.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
