Warehouse Clerk - Plattsburgh, New York

Job Responsibilities:

• Process orders and maintain inventory within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain warehouse records.
• Research, identify, and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipping documentation.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, and stock management activities.
• Support warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year of warehouse experience.
• Previous experience in inventory control and/or receiving.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced computer skills and experience with warehouse management software/systems.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Ability to lift and move objects of various sizes and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in hot and/or cold warehouse environment.
