The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory transactions, documentation, and coordination with warehouse teams. This position ensures that inventory movements are accurately reflected in the WMS/SAP system and that required paperwork and records are complete and accurate.

YOUR TASKS

  • Perform daily warehouse clerical and administrative duties.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in the WMS, SAP, and other warehouse systems.
  • Process receiving, shipping, transfers, and inventory transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation.
  • Verify product, SKU, quantity, pallet, and location information.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound scheduling and appointment coordination.
  • Print labels, paperwork, pallet placards, and other required documentation.
  • Support warehouse supervisors and leads with daily operational reports.
  • Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel as needed.
  • Research and resolve basic documentation, system, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and files.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities when needed.
  • Monitor paperwork and system transactions to ensure warehouse activities are properly documented.
  • Escalate issues or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or clerical experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Experience with WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse systems preferred.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
