The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the physical activities of shipping and receiving, as well as inter-departmental deliveries. Assists with the verification of all incoming deliveries and storage of goods. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists in the receiving of goods into the warehouse from vendors. Notifies Purchasing Manager of product outs.
  • Accurately fills and completes request for goods.
  • Delivery of warehouse requests to department. Conducts periodic manual inventory counts as directed.
  • Notification to Gaming Commission when sensitive goods are received.
  • All other duties that may be assigned.
  • Provides constructive input to foster process improvement within the department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
  • 1-3 years experience in a warehouse or in a shipping and receiving department required.
  • Fork lift training or previous use preferred.
  • Must be able to lift and move items weighing 160+lbs.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Analytical/mathematics skills essential.
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
  • Current and valid Oregon Drivers License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC Drivers Program.
