Job Title: Warehouse Clerical – Inbound Receiving & Will Call

Location: Tulsa, OK (Brand-New Warehouse)

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerical - Inbound Receiving & Will Call team member.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Typical shift: 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (some OT required)

Pay Rate: $17.00

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Check in Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers for inbound shipments
• Process, invoice, and coordinate Will Call orders
• Verify scheduled pickups and assist with inbound and outbound documentation
• Support warehouse day management with various clerical and operational tasks
• Enter and maintain accurate daily data, including production information.
• Work until properly relieved, which may require working beyond the scheduled shift
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all duties and interactions
• Follow all company policies, and safety procedures
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
• Holiday, weekend, and overtime work may be required
• Maintain excellent attendance and adherence to the daily work schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to learn new systems and technical processes quickly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also function effectively as part of a team
• Foodservice experience preferred but not required, we will train the right candidate
• Must meet company standards for attendance, reliability, and professionalism
