We are looking for a Warehouse Certifier to support our warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring load accuracy, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and team performance while supporting warehouse and transportation activities.

Responsibilities

Schedule

  • Second Shift
  • 4-days a week
  • 10-hour shifts (approximately 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
  • Rotating schedule, including Sunday, Monday, Thursday and rotating weekdays

Key Responsibilities

  • Certify pallet inventory using Voice Pick technology to ensure order accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Verify and inspect all pallets built by Warehouse Pickers prior to loading to ensure quality, stability, and route readiness
  • Maintain accurate records of certified outbound loads transported from the facility for Sales delivery
  • Accurately count, track, and certify pallet inventory while maintaining productivity and pace standards
  • Monitor pallet build quality and provide real-time coaching and feedback to Warehouse Pickers on pallet-building accuracy, safe handling, and best practices
  • Support the development and enhancement of Picker skill sets through coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities between Picker and Loader teams to support workflow efficiency and timely route preparation
  • Identify operational priorities and coordinate resources to maintain productivity and minimize disruptions
  • Partner with Warehouse Leadership to communicate loading issues, workflow challenges, and developmental opportunities for Pickers and Loaders
  • Recommend and support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
  • Learn and perform checker position responsibilities and provide operational support and coverage as needed
  • Assist with daily and monthly inventory counts, reconciliation efforts, and warehouse accuracy initiatives
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards within warehouse and loading areas
  • Encourage, demonstrate, and reinforce safe work practices while ensuring compliance with all company safety and food safety standards
  • Become qualified as a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Trainer for forklifts and/or pallet jacks, as required
  • Support a fast-paced, highly automated warehouse environment while adapting to evolving operational needs
  • Complete assigned operational and continuous improvement projects
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience leading, training, coaching, or coordinating warehouse employees or teams
  • Experience using warehouse systems, SAP, WMS, or related operational technology
  • Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and overtime as business needs require
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a unionized environment
  • Experience using Voice Pick or voice-directed warehouse technology
  • Previous experience with inventory certification, pallet verification, route loading, or warehouse quality checks
  • Prior experience operating forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
