Ensuring that our valued customers' orders are processed to meet each customer's individual expectations. From packaging in the correct bag to making sure all the correct information is in the label. All of our Warehouse Associates are instrumental in keeping our customers demand fulfilled and are the last line of defense in preventing potential CAPA's (process or product nonconformance) from leaving the building. High attention to detail and capable of standing for long periods are major aspects to this role. As is the ability to work in a fast paced environment while working independently and within an efficient team.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Ability to work a bagger machine.
  • Identify the bagging requirement for each customer.
  • Verification of 1-1B Standards
  • Meet commitments while working independently
  • Check information on label are the same as the order.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • Warehouse Adj. OTD of ≥ 99%
  • CAPA: 20% reduction from previous year
  • Maintain lean principles that lead to continued productivity increases

Expectations on Qualifications include:

  • High School Degree
  • Experience in warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate scales to accurate weight counts
  • Ability to Speak and Read English
