Location: Exeter, PA

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – Receiving for our Exeter, PA distribution center. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate work and reliable teamwork.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure incoming products are received, checked, and placed in the correct warehouse locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Unload inbound trucks and receive shipments safely and efficiently
  • Scan, inspect, and verify incoming parts and quantities for accuracy
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Stack, wrap, stage, and move products throughout the facility
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment; training provided as needed
  • Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep receiving workflows moving efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
  • Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
  • Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and ladder use throughout the shift
  • Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
  • Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
