• PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
• We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Associates: Re-packing (Returns) to join our team in Penns Grove, NJ!

Overview

• This position focuses on processing returned merchandise and preparing products to be placed back into inventory.

Schedule + Pay

• Schedule: Monday - Friday ( Day Shift: 6am - 2pm)
• Hourly: $20-$25 an hour (*Production-Based Job)

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle returned merchandise
• Inspect returned items for condition and quality
• Remove damaged or original packaging as needed
• Fold and assemble new product boxes
• Re-box merchandise neatly and accurately
• Apply labels and prepare products for the next step in the returns process
• Use a computer, tablet, or scanning system to process items
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow established quality standards and procedures
• Maintain expected productivity/UPH throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Dependable with consistent attendance
• Able to follow step-by-step processes
• Comfortable working independently at a workstation
• Previous warehouse, returns, re-boxing, packing, or production experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Associates must be able to stand for the majority of the shift, frequently use their hands and arms for packing and reboxing, bend and reach as needed, and handle merchandise and boxes throughout the workday.
