We’re looking for a high-performing Warehouse Associate with natural leadership ability to support our 2nd Shift operations in Bellmawr, NJ.

This is not a manager role, but it is a step above a standard associate—ideal for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and can help guide the team alongside the 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• 📋 Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• 🔍 Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or discrepancies
• ✅ Verify orders and ensure accuracy of pick lists and shipments
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• 🦺 Follow and reinforce company safety standards and procedures
• 🤝 Support the 2nd Shift Manager in coordinating workflow and priorities
• 📣 Help guide team members, answer questions, and keep operations moving
• 💡 Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and processes

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 💪 Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• 🚜 Forklift experience preferred (in-house certification provided)
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 🤝 Strong team player with a lead-by-example mindset
• 📈 Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or informal leadership/lead role preferred
• 🧩 Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to balance productivity with accuracy
• 🗣️ Comfortable supporting team direction and communicating with leadership

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr
