Warehouse Associate – Inventory/Warranty

Location: Ocoee, FL

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:10am to 2:30pm

Role Summary

Every Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. (KAO) plays a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution centers. As a Warehouse Associate you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results whether you are preparing/pulling parts for shipment or loading/unloading trucks. What You’ll Do

  • Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
  • Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
  • Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
  • Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?

  • Are you 18 years of age or older?
  • Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
  • Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
  • Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
  • Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
  • Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
  • Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
  • Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
