Position:

Warehouse Associate III

Arrow Electronics | Mesa, AZ
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 USD

Hourly Pay: up to $25.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Arrow Electronics is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fast-paced electronics repair and processing facility. What You'll Be Doing:

• Support all departments, including receiving, storing, inventory, shipping, dispatch, and picking.

• Assist with inventory management and fill in as needed.

• Help with scheduling trucks and uploading orders to third-party partners.

• Provide support with ongoing team training and assist in the implementation of new processes and changes.

• Identify areas for improvement and participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and assist co-workers in developing their skills and identifying areas for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

• Proficiency in safely operating facility material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, Box Truck, and pallet/wrapping equipment).
• Ability to perform end-user computer functions, including data entry and interpreting information from warehouse systems (e.g., RF units, computer terminals).
• Demonstrated ability to train and certify new hires and employees in all warehouse functions, including equipment operation.
• Effective support in scheduling trucks.
• ·This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Consistently bending to floor level and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required 
• Must have strong attention to detail 
• Proficient Reading, writing, and understanding of English language

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19.95

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
