Are you a detail-focused team player who excels in a fast-paced setting? We’re seeking a proactive Warehouse Associate I to assist our Warehouse Parts - PE with warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and logistics support. In this role, your attention to accuracy and organization will directly impact our success.

Location: Lewisville, TX.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Fridays 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and update order data in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pre-label orders to ensure products are ready for accurate shipping.
• Verify serial numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Assist in picking and packing UPS/FedEx shipments.
• Sign Bills of Lading (BOLs) and support production report needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and receiving ( preferred)
• Forklift experience: ( Sit-down and Stand-up reach is required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lifting to 50 lbs. and standing for 8–10 hours per shift
• Experience using RF scanning tools ( a plus)
• Basic computer proficiency ( WMS experience a plus)
• Order picking experience
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to take on new tasks as needed

Physical Requirements:

• This role requires working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse setting
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Extended periods of standing (8-10 hours per shift)
• Frequent use of hands for handling, fingering, reaching, and grasping objects
