As a Warehouse Associate focused on the picking and packing of customer orders, you’ll be an essential part of bringing book fair magic to life and ensuring timely shipments to our customers. You’ll be responsible for picking and packing fixtures, fulfilling daily orders, counting inventory, loading, and unloading trucks, moving product, and processing returns safely. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Picking, Packing, Order Fulfillment, Counting, Cycle Counts, Advertised Title Walks, QA, Transfers, Fair Production, Auditing, and Training.

  • Mobility and Standing: This position requires the ability to remain standing and moving throughout the entirety of the shift. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods of time to successfully perform job duties.

  • Lifting Requirements: The role involves occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees may be required to safely lift, carry, and maneuver items within this weight range as part of their regular duties.

  • Flexibility and Dexterity: Regular activities include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. These movements are integral to performing tasks associated with the role, such as handling materials, operating machinery, or completing manual tasks.
