This position is responsible for supporting basic warehouse logistics, inventory maintenance, and coordinating materials for construction projects. The Warehouse Associate I role focuses on foundational tasks, including processing inbound freight, organizing stock, and providing courier support to field teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace and warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with all warehouse logistics, including processing inbound and outbound freight and coordinating packing lists for projects.
Provide courier service for project hardware and materials to construction sites as needed.
Process inbound freight daily and communicate delivery updates to field project teams.
Support inventory management by tracking miscellaneous materials, hardware, and office or field safety equipment.
Assist with the management of the check-in/check-out process and overall inventory of field safety equipment.
Coordinate and communicate expected delivery dates of materials and hardware orders to field teams.
Assist with filing service paperwork and maintaining project-related documentation.
Support the services and construction departments with various operational and administrative tasks.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness by ensuring materials and tools are stored in their designated locations.
Perform other operational support duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

Education and Experience
Desired: 1 year of related work experience in warehouse logistics or a similar field.

Travel Requirements:Travel to (field, shop, project site) may be required 0-5% of the time.
Hours:
This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours generally follow industry-standard hours, with a one-hour lunch break and two rest breaks. Eight hours per day are required, and additional occasional overtime may be necessary to meet business needs.
