The Warehouse Associate - Equipment Puller is responsible for accurately locating and pulling automotive parts using powered equipment such as forklifts or order pickers to fulfill daily pick notes and transfer orders. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate order processing and product availability across the distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to pull parts and materials according to pick notes and transfer orders.

  • Locate products in designated bins or shelves and transport them to staging or packing areas.

  • Scan and track inventory using handheld devices or warehouse systems.

  • Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy.

  • Follow proper safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.

  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones.

  • Assist with restocking and cycle counts as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience with powered industrial trucks (PIT).

  • Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience pulling automotive parts or working in an auto aftermarket warehouse.

  • Familiarity with scanning systems and warehouse management software.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation.

  • Work performed in a warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures and moderate noise levels.

  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required: Steel-Toed or Composite Shoes

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must meet employment eligibility requirements as established by U.S. federal law.
