Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Warehouse Associate

Established for over 50 years, Yamazen Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of quality CNC manufacturing machinery, including machine tools and injection molding machines. We service manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, construction equipment, medical, and I.T. industries.
Opportunity:
Yamazen, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Light picking and packing
- Operating sit-down and standup forklifts
- Packaging product for shipment
- Ability to create and read various labels
- Fulfilling sales orders
- Assisting in receiving product
- Assisting with light maintenance as needed
- Contributing to general cleanliness of the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned

QualificationsSkills and

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating sit-down and standup forklifts lifting heavy equipment is preferred.
- Previous experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Some knowledge of UPS WorldShip & FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to read and write
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be a team player
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated base pay for the position is typically between $20-23
The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.
