We're looking for a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta on our afternoon shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).

This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, inventory, and customer orders move efficiently throughout our operation. The successful candidate will support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN

  • Safely operate company equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Transfer materials efficiently between departments and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and related documentation.
  • Support inventory transfers, transactions, and cycle counting activities.
  • Coordinate with team members to communicate material and inventory requirements.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support warehouse operations and special projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on collaboration and accountability.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Experience operating counterbalance, stand-up, Bendi, or similar lift trucks.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience performing cycle counts and inventory control functions.
  • Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation processes.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and systems through company-provided training.

COMPENSATION
