Warehouse Associate & Driver

Location: Tullahoma, TN (7 AM – 4 PM Mon–Fri; occasional weekends)

Salary: $45,000/year + medical, dental, vision & AFLAC

Position Summary

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Warehouse Associate & Driver. In this dual-role, you’ll handle shipping logistics, inventory tasks, deliver suppies and equipment to jobsites, pick up/deliver vehicles to other locations and repair shops, warehouse support, and upkeep of a clean, well-organized facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, deliver, and pick up pallets and rolls of finished products
• Conduct equipment and vehicle pick-ups for Apex DKI and CAT(Catastrophes: Hurricane, Tornado, Freeze, Hail and Wind response)) warehouse operations
• Drive company vehicles (CDL a plus or will train for CDL)
• Maintain accurate inventory, handle email communications, pick orders
• Conduct forklift operations (training provided)
• Perform general warehouse duties and support tasks
• During downtime: sweep, clean, and organize the warehouse to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safe lifting practices (able to move ~70 lbs)
• Deliver outstanding customer service with communication professionalism

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with basic computer/email skills
• Able to lift (move) approximately 70 lbs frequently and work on your feet
• Forklift experience is a plus; training available
• High energy and self-motivated a must

Downtime cleaning is a key part of the role—keeping the workspace tidy is essential
