Responsibilities

The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our Collision Auto Parts division. This role focuses on receiving, stocking, picking, and organizing oversized collision parts such as bumpers, fenders, and hoods. The Warehouse Associate will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all outgoing orders are properly staged for delivery.

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming collision parts.
  • Pick, stage, and organize parts for delivery routes accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure large-part storage areas are organized.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (if certified).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Follow proper lifting, stacking, and safety procedures when handling oversized items.
  • Assist with loading morning delivery vans and unloading returns at end of day.
  • Support general warehouse operations as assigned.
  • Develop a working familiarity with common collision components and how they relate to one another. (For example, when stocking or picking a bumper cover and reinforcement, be aware of related items like absorbers, retainers, or brackets to help maintain accuracy and reduce order errors.)

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot, cold, drafts).
  • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Certification for pallet jacks or related equipment is a plus.

Physical & Working Conditions

  • Frequent handling of large and heavy collision auto parts.
  • Repetitive physical tasks including lifting and moving bulky materials.
  • Required use of safety equipment; compliance with all company safety policies.
