Job Description

The Warehouse Associate role supports the branch by managing stock within the warehouse. This role anticipates the needs of the business and customers, while managing their day-to-day workload. This role will be knowledgeable on warehouse operations and best practices of excellent customer service. This role is responsible for maximizing results by ensuring products are properly stored and pulled for customers.

Competencies and Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a delivery driver or warehouse associate required.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products with ability to conduct basic database tasks in Excel is preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system and/or sales force automation tools preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide personable and professional customer service.
• Strong time management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift/carry 100 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
