Position Type: Full Time, Warehouse Associate – Norcross, GA

Shift Hours: Requires shift flexibility, with varying start and end times based on business needs Monday–Friday (No Over Nights or Weekends; Overtime Available) Shift typically starts around 9:30am and lasts until the trucks are loaded for the next day, usually around 7:00pm.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operation running smoothly.

Your day will include

• Operating forklifts to move, load, and organize materials
• Using WMS systems and RF Scan guns to ensure accurate inventory control
• Verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing deliveries
• Staging, packing, and loading trucks for safe transport
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Following all safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and our products

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated team player with

• Sit down and stand up lift forklift experience (required)
• Warehouse experience (industrial distribution strongly preferred)
• WMS and RF Scan gun experience
• Experience with HVAC a plus!
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and stay until the job is done
