Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for inventory fulfillment, custom kit assembly, processing receipts, and operating warehouse equipment in strict compliance with Iron Mountain safety and operational standards.

You will collaborate within a dynamic warehouse team dedicated to maintaining high accuracy, safety standards, and operational efficiency across all fulfillment processes.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute core fulfillment and inventory processes: Accurately process inventory fulfillment, inquiry requests, custom kit assembly, and incoming material receipts while maintaining precise records in software applications.
  • Operate warehouse machinery and equipment: Safely maneuver Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)—including forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, and reach trucks—as well as pallet jacks and small processing machinery.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards: Follow strict safety guidelines (including required American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM F2413-11 slip-resistant protective footwear), identify and resolve operational errors, and contribute ideas to enhance warehouse workflow.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven hands-on experience and capability operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), such as forklifts, reach trucks, and turret trucks.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift and carry items weighing up to 51 lbs to shoulder height, and maneuver loaded carts or pallet jacks up to 1500 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read, comprehend, and execute written order instructions while working independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Shifts: Monday – Friday,
  • 7:30am to 4:30pm

Reasonably expected salary range: $48,200.00 - $60,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
