Job Description

Steelwrist is a growing global manufacturer of industry-leading tiltrotators, quick couplers, and work tools for excavators. As our North American business continues to expand, we are increasing local production in Newington, Connecticut, and are looking for a driven Warehouse Associate who wants to grow with us and help develop our U.S. operation for the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and finished products.
  • Load, unload, move, and store materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials against orders, packing lists, and system information.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material movements in the ERP system.
  • Support material flow to production and ensure parts are available where and when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Participate in inventory counts and help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement and the development of more efficient, standardized, and digital warehouse processes.

Your Background

  • Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling.
  • Good forklift experience and safe material-handling practices.
  • Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
  • Comfortable using computers, scanners, and other digital tools.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
