CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading global technology solutions provider to find a Warehouse Associate for their distribution operations, location to be confirmed, Central Time zone. This team keeps product moving accurately and on time, from the moment it arrives on the dock to the moment it ships back out. You'll be hands on with the physical process that keeps the whole operation running. What You'll Do Verify incoming shipments against shipping documentation, flagging any discrepancies or damage Enter receipts and print labels using a warehouse computer terminal Pick outbound orders using an RF scanner, confirming quantity and product accuracy Select appropriate box sizes and pack product for shipment Send packed orders down the conveyor line for quality check Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate clearly with teammates and respond to questions promptly Support general warehouse operations as needed during your shift Requirements What You Bring Must-Have: High school diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution center experience Working knowledge of warehouse safety procedures Basic computer proficiency for data entry and terminal operation Experience with RF scanners or similar order picking technology Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment English communication sufficient to perform essential job functions Nice-to-Have: Direct shipping/receiving experience, not just general warehouse work Experience with conveyor fed quality check processes Experience in a large scale distribution center Comfort with terminal based receiving and label printing systems Technical Environment: RF scanners, warehouse management terminal, conveyor systems, label printers What Success Looks Like: Consistently accurate shipment verification with minimal discrepancies Efficient, error free order picking and packing at productivity standard Reliable attendance and strong teamwork through the full 2 month term
