Warehouse Associate

Miamisburg, OH

1st shift 10am-6pm

$18/hr

DAILY DUTIES:

• Process domestic and international shipments including small parcel and pallet freight.

• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and required compliance documents.

• Ensure shipment details match all export documentation and shipping requirements

• Process freight documentation and maintain auditable shipping records

• Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (IATA, IMDG, DOT/49 CFR)

• Communicate with freight forwarders and customers to coordinate transportation bookings.

• Manage inventory levels and warehouse stock accuracy

• Respond to customer service requests and shipment inquiries

• Support warehouse operations including material handling and order fulfillment

• Maintain productivity standards while following safety and quality procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

-Warehouse experience, receiving orders, picking parts to finish assembly

-Basic parts assembly/preparing materials for shipping

-Solid job tenure
