COMPENSATION RANGE
Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 / hour

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials and products are organized, handled safely, and prepared accurately for delivery and installer pick-up. This position will report to the Manager and is based at Kennewick, WA location. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized warehouse environment, assisting with inventory management, and supporting order fulfillment processes. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a regular basis. This position also provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations within the construction industry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Warehouse/Facility: Work is performed in a warehouse and shop environment with exposure to non-climate-controlled conditions (heat and cold), moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Operational Demands: Role may require meeting deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment to support operational needs.
• Safety: Requires adherence to all safety policies and use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
