Renewal by Andersen of Sacramento is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rancho Cordova. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, helping ensure our customers receive the premium products and service that have made Renewal by Andersen one of the most trusted names in the home improvement industry.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by preparing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting deliveries, and ensuring products are ready for installation teams and customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading, unloading, and staging materials safely and efficiently
• Assisting with inventory management and organization
• Preparing customer orders and materials for upcoming installations
• Operating power tools and performing light carpentry work as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with deliveries to job sites when needed
• Supporting warehouse and production operations with special projects
• Learning new skills and potentially training on equipment such as forklifts

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in doing quality work.

Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience working with construction materials and tools
• Experience safely using power tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role that requires:

• Frequent lifting of materials up to 75 pounds
• Standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day
• Working in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Occasional travel to job sites and customer locations
