The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, storing and pulling for orders, they are also repsonsible for sanitation functions of the warehouse.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

(Weekend OT as needed)

Location: Fresno, CA

Travel Requirements: None

Work Environment: Warehouse Environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.
• Maintains general housekeeping in and around warehouses.
• Sweeps, Mops and empties trash receptacles
• Cleans/loads/stacks used containers including 5-gal pails and 55-gal drums.
• Loading dock tasks including air bag inflation for load securement.
• Alerts leadership of any hazards or housekeeping issues in a timely manner.
• Comply with appropriate safety procedures.
• Maintains and uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• May perform other duties as required.
• Overtime and weekends may be required

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Set example with reliability, punctuality, attendance, and willingness to work OT and weekends.
• Advanced problem solving, prioritization, and decision-making ability.
• Communication skills, written, verbal, active listening.
• Self-Motivated
• Familiar with basic Warehouse Equipment

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse and/or food and beverage manufacturing environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience with food and beverage ingredients and inventory preferred.
