Warehouse Associate

Location: Sacramento, CA

We serve national, regional, and local homebuilders; real estate developers; and general contractors by providing long-lasting roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions for single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, and select commercial buildings. We also apply this expertise to deliver New Construction-grade solutions to existing homeowners. Reliable execution and customer service are central to everything we do.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Sacramento location. This role assists the Warehouse Lead with material handling, inventory organization, job kitting, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

•Load and unload delivery trucks

•Move, organize, and store inventory

•Kit jobs by pulling and packing materials for field teams

•Perform cycle counts and support inventory control

•Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas

•Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and equipment rules

•Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus)

•Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

•Previous warehouse, material handling, or general labor experience preferred

•Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work for extended periods

•Knowledge of basic warehouse safety practices

•Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

•Reliable attendance and punctuality

•Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

•Spanish language skills a plus
