Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly by supporting warehouse functions, coordinating deliveries, and helping ensure customers receive the right parts on time. Responsibilities

• Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory to support branch and customer orders.
• Prepare and load products for shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate and dispatch company delivery vehicles to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers and team members regarding delivery schedules, route changes, and customer needs.
• Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment including, but not limited to, forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and push carts.
• Operate warehouse machinery in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Verify and complete all required documentation, shipping paperwork, and reports accurately.
• Comply with hazardous material regulations and company safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to repeatedly exert up to 75 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs with mechanical assistance such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, or hydraulic lifts.
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, and working at a quick pace.
• Frequent talking, hearing, and close visual acuity required.
