1ST SHIFT WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - JOB DESCRIPTION

Here below we are specifying the main duties of a person working in the warehouse department: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This person must also collaborate closely with the Customer Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory (container from Italy)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Load and unload trucks manually or use warehouse equipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment (if not certified we will send you to a course to get the certificate)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all time
• Get in touch with forwarding agents to arrange shipping

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and written and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Self-motivated person
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift driving license (if not certified we will send you to a course for get the certificate) Planning and organizing
